I visited in Jan. 1994 after vthe 2nd World Congress of Herpetology (in Adelaide). Since it was a mere stone's throw away, I checked it out during my tour later on the advice of some local herpers. At least it was only a Chelodina oblonga that was rustling along the shore that night, not a pissed freshie. It looks like the water pythons and tree dragons are still calling it home too.
