The winners of the 2009 ANZANG nature photography competition have been announced. I had two images short-listed this year, but unfortunately neither of them won their category. Congrats to the winners and to all the other short-listed entries! Hopefully the travelling exhibition will make it up to Queensland this year.

Well both of those certainly deserved to be short listed, which with the quality of the winners is high praise

Hey man, sorry to hear you didn’t win, IMO the photos you take are absolutely incredible. Maybe next time eh?

Anyway, keep it up – :-)

Here endeth the message from the Stewart appreciation society (I’ll get up now as my knees are bleeding lol) – hey BTW, if you’re ever up this way, let me know and we’ll grab a beer after some snake bothering eh?

    Cheers man,

  3. Fantastic gecko photo. You might be interested in a new blog carnival called House of Herps that will be devoted exclusively the reptiles and amphibians. The first issue will come out on Dec. 18th, and I’m sure the admins would love to have one of your posts included in that issue.
